Bing and me

I have looked at Bing, and trying to think: “Would it be better then Google”?

Well I don’t know, and I don’t care. I looked up one thing, like everybody does from time to time. I looked up my name: “Sibran Lens”.

And i found some new stuff, that I didn’t know. My name is added on an article at mm.be and pub.be. It’s about the campaign “All about sex”, allesoverseks.be. I made the frontend development of that website. I am proud to be a part of that website, so Bing made me smile today, Bing made me happy, so Bing is a good product :)

Universal Internet Explorer 6 CSS

1. Design for better browsers, then design alternative solutions to handle IE6 bugs?
2. Write a remedial IE6 stylesheet to address layout issues?
3. Use JavaScript to bootstrap CSS support in IE6?
4. Make your site look exactly the same in IE6 as in any other browser?
5. Develop to better browsers and spend no development time or testing for IE6?
6. Block IE6 users from seeing your site’s styles?

New theme

I have a new theme, I didn’t make it myself because I can’t find the time to make one. The only thing I tweaked myself is the rss icon, a free icon from Smashing Magazine.

It was necessary to update my theme because my own made was totally screwed after my last update from Wordpress. Anyhow, thx Horacio Bella for the nice theme!

Planckendael

Last weekend I went to Planckendael, one of the biggest zoos in Belgium. It’s about 10 minutes biking from my appartment. I think I will take a yearly subscription when I have children (long long from now). Anyhow, here are some cool pics taken with my - non DSLR - Sony Cybershot DSC-H9.
