What is the difference between these two new online tools, what is their offer, what can you do with it?

I have tested the two tools and they are both very cool… It looks like another wave of technology is coming on the internet!

Mogulus

What is it?
With Mogulus, you can blend your webcam, video clips from YouTube, and your own original content into your own unique TV program – and you call all the shots. When you’re not broadcasting live, turn on the auto-pilot and let it drive your playlist.

Set up
First you need an account, after 2 weeks I got a mail from Mogulus with the good news. Once you are logged in, creating a channel is very easy.

My first impression was wow!! I have my own tv channel. Adding youtube video’s, pictures, ticker text, live streaming, … It’s fun, but you have got to have time. The loading of a movie into your storyboard takes a lot of time. They have to import and convert earch video. When you are not making a tv show, you can set up the autopilot, streaming your video’s or pictures.

Kyte.tv

What is it?
With kyte, you create your own live TV shows and broadcast them on your own interactive channel, on your website, blog, social network or mobile phone.

Set up
You don’t have to apply for a beta account, just fill in your details and you have an account. I couldn’t be easier. Once you have created your channel, you can start. The big difference with Mogulus is the live streaming. With Kyte you make record your video, make your slideshow or your poll and broadcast it.

I love Mogulus, Kyte is a good tool for making different broadcast items. But with Mogulus, you really have your own tv channel!
